Age Requirements 📋

Session Requirements:

• Regular Sessions: 10+ years old

• Smash After Dark: 18+ or 21+ (event specific)

• Minors (10-17): Require virtual liability waiver signed by parent/guardian

• Access waivers at: smashalleybham.com/liability-waivers

Booking & Payment Terms 💳

Policies:

• Deposits required for bookings

• Full payment due at service

• Digital gift cards are non-transferable

• Add-on items priced separately

• Event tickets sold through website

Media Consent 📸

Photo/Video Policy:

• Consent captured in virtual liability waiver

• Opt-out available during waiver completion

• Session media shared with participants

• Promotional use only with consent

Prohibited Conduct ⚠️

To maintain our safe space commitment:

• Hate speech or discriminatory language of any kind

• Racism, homophobia, transphobia, or any form of bigotry

• Harassment or bullying

• Disrespect towards staff or other participants

• Violation of others' personal space or boundaries

🚫 Safety & Conduct:

• Excessive intoxication during regular/event sessions

• Unauthorized commercial activities

• Safety protocol violations

• Disruptive behavior

Your safety is our absolute priority at Smash Alley. We maintain rigorous safety standards to ensure every smashing session is both therapeutic and secure.

Required Protective Equipment 🦺

We provide all participants with:

• Full-body protective suits

• Safety glasses/face shields

• Cut-resistant gloves

• Additional protective gear as needed

Session Safety 🛡️

Every session includes:

• Mandatory safety briefing before smashing

• Clear emergency exits

• First aid kit on-site

• Emergency protocols in place (detailed procedures available in virtual liability waiver)

Equipment & Weapons Safety 🔨

Standard session equipment includes:

• Professional-grade demolition tools

• Properly maintained weapons (crowbars, sledgehammers, baseball bats)

• Regular safety inspections of all equipment

Liability & Protection ⚖️

For your security:

• Digital liability waivers required before participation

• Emergency contacts kept on file

• Zero reported injuries thanks to our comprehensive safety measures

• Regular safety equipment inspections and replacements
